The Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department - operates from nine stations with 187 personnel providing fire suppression, medical first responder, rescue, hazardous materials response, inspections, plans review of commercial structures, and public education on a full time basis.
The Fire Suppression and Emergency Response Division is responsible for the 24-hour per day provision of emergency services including medical
first responder, extrication, structure fires, hazardous materials response, structuralcollapse response, water rescue, and major disasters.
